The VICIOUS CYCLES are one of those bands that defy catagorization. Sure, they're punk rockers at heart, but on any Sunday, you're more likely find them digging through the secret basement vault at Neptoon Records looking for Huey "Piano" Smith or Sister Nancy records than anything with spikes and razor blades. (If they're not out riding that is).
The four slabs ensconced within first saw the light of day at Keithmas, the annual food bank fund rager in their home town of Vancouver, BC.
The boys had so much fun ruining these otherwise completely respectable Rolling Stones songs, along with their pal, the incomparable (not to mention super-handsome) Jimmy Gamble on guitar that they ran straight to the nearest hifi recording studio* and committed them to tape. I'm sure you'll agree that this is some of their worst work yet!
